Cake, Ice Cream and Contacts!

   What does cake, ice cream and contacts have in common?  Not much.... unless your the Scioto Valley Amateur radio Club.
   The Scioto Valley ARC will be celebrating it's 50th anniversary of being a club.
   The celebration will include cake, ice cream, and a special event station that will be on the air for all to operate. The special event station will be operating on 28.420mhz., 21.265mhz., and 14.265mhz. and a commemoritive QSL card will be available to those who work it.
   The celebration is being held on October 10, 2009 from 12pm till ??? at the clubhouse which is located near Scioto Trails State park.
